Larenzo Maxwell has over 20 years experience in construction and maintenance services. When he started Gifted Hands, he saw the gap in reliable companies to do the “project” and maintenance work around the house. Larenzo started working with his hands as a teenager helping his father build furniture and loved seeing the outcome of the finished product. Once he saw what could be created with time and hard work he began fixing things around his home and helping neighbors with small projects. What started as “lending a helping hand” has turned into a successful business Larenzo is passionate about. 

Larenzo values showing up on time, doing good work, and charging a fair price. His attention to details makes him invaluable to any homeowner. It is his goal to not only meet your expectations but exceed them! 

Living in Florida for most of his life, he is familiar with the unique challenges Florida houses face, the damage which can be caused by both the sun and rain.
